Official rules and conditions for participating in the Ryze AI Hack.
The hackathon is open to individuals and teams worldwide. Participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian complete registration on their behalf. Employees of Ryze AI and its affiliates are eligible to participate but may not win the prize.
Registration is free. You register by submitting your email on the Ryze AI website. By registering, you agree to receive email updates related to the hackathon.
Be respectful and inclusive. No hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will be tolerated. Violations may result in immediate disqualification.
You retain ownership of your submission. By submitting, you grant Ryze AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, promote, and host your project for hackathon-related purposes. You are responsible for complying with all third-party licenses for models, datasets, and libraries you use.
All models used must have 500 million parameters or fewer and must run locally within your application. Use of external AI inference APIs is prohibited. Projects found in violation will be disqualified.
Submissions must be completed by 11:59 PM UTC on Oct 27, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. By submitting, you confirm your project meets the acceptance criteria in the rule book.
Judging is at the sole discretion of the Ryze AI judging panel. Scores are final. The winning entry is determined by the judging rubric and overall judge consensus.
The single winner receives a $1,000 USD prize, paid via the method of our choice (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal, or gift card) within 30 days of winner announcement. The prize is non-transferable and may be subject to applicable taxes. All prize decisions are final.
We will use the email you provide to notify you of your result and ranking. Registration data is stored via Supabase. See Supabase's privacy policy for how your data is handled.
